It is produced from selected lean pork meat, coming from certified farms, with the addition of a light natural seasoning; the slow cooking in a stove with a room temperature of approx. 85/88°C, until the product center reaches a temperature of over 75°C, gives to the mortadella a delicate flavor and fragrance that exalt the quality of the raw materials used.
