This delicate and natural Prosciutto comes directly from the “Prosciuttificio Cerreto” plant in Felino (PR), property of Menatti, made without adding preservatives and additives, thanks to an environment ideal for its aging. We use only the best pork legs from selected slaughterhouses, processed according to tradition, using only salt, to offer to the consumer a truly flavorsome and delicious product.
