Directly in the “Prosciuttificio Cerreto” plant in Felino, the outpost of Menatti in the province of Parma for the processing of ham, we produce this delicate and natural raw ham, without adding preservatives and additives, thanks to an environment ideal for its aging. We use only the best pork legs from selected slaughterhouses, processed according to tradition, using only salt, to offer the consumer a truly tasty and delicious product.
