Over the years, Menatti House has responded to the needs of the market and kept up to date with technological progress, making significant investments both in improving and renewing manufacturing equipment for the various processes and in the area of hygiene and sanitation for quality control, always aiming to achieve the highest standards possible.

It was with this precise aim in mind that, in 1997, the firm was successful in obtaining the certification according to the regulations ISO 9002 and in 2003 improving further to obtain the Certification in accordance with the regulations UNI EN ISO 9001 : 2000.

The new techniques and production system, with the scope of achieving more modern and more diverse products, have not impaired the quality and authenticity of cold meats. They are still prepared with methods which respect the best Italian gastronomic traditions.

Particularly significant example which demonstrate this approach are in the production of “Bresaola della Valtellina”, which is prepared in accordance with the indications of the “Consorzio” (Association) for the protection of the brand IGP, likewise with the production of Parma Ham, cured in the premises of “Prosciuttificio Cerreto Srl” in Felino (Parma), part of the Menatti House, bought in 1986 for this precise purpose.

Apart from having acquired a significant part of the Italian market where its products are well-known and particularly appreciated, in recent years, Menatti House has successfully entered the international market, both in Europe and abroad.
